This is how a whole bunch of photo's turned out - I had the camera sitting on the railing of the deck but had to position it so the lens wasn't in the sun - unfortunately I didn't realize I was also getting the post in all the shots! A bit of creative editing cut the post out but I still kept all the photos that had the post showing :)

Worry not, the post just looks like some pretty border ^_^. You should've added them in all three size... then you get yourself a portrait.

I hate it when, at the end of the day, I download all the pictures to my computer, look at them big, and notice some giant glaring issue. At least your pictures were still usable, even with the pole.
I like this photo a lot--even with the post! The lighting is nice, and the dogs watching make it fun!
