Awwww, those look like the big pinecones on the mountain in Alabama! You'll have to get your mom to take you over to the lake sometime. Maybe when it's hot in Florida, I hear there are some air conditioning vents perfect for sheltie tummies over there.
ReplyDeleteKenzie is so cute in his alert stance! Glad he's learning about squirrels. We would love to crunch on those pine cones, too! Such fun.
ReplyDeleteThose are ginormous pine cones! Looks like you two had fun even without other pups there.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like you two cuties were having a good time at the park. Maybe someday you will make new friends there too.
ReplyDeleteOMD! How FABulous boyz! I've never munched on those befores, butts I will keep my eye out on my walkies. Oh you gots to keeps your eyes peeled for those tree rats! they might look cute and fuzzy and harmless, butts they are NOT! Trust me on this! Kenie, keeps up the good work my furiend....next lesson is chasin' the little buggers!

ReplyDeleteBOL... oh you too are discovering so much in these early days... what fun!!! Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
Pine cones and squirrels. AWESOME.
ReplyDeleteToodle pip!
Bertie.
What a beautiful pine cone you found, Remi. It looks quite tasty and it won't be long before you'll be chasing after those stoopid squirrels, Kenzie!
ReplyDeleteWe have pine cones too, but not that size. I would think a dog park might be a place a squirrel would not want to visit. Unless those squirrels get their jollies by throwing those gigantic pine cones at the doggies! Have fun, pups, but be careful!
ReplyDeleteKeltic can't believe you didn't chase those nasty squirrels. They're the enemy. My first Sheltie was named Duffy. Did you know the word "duff" is also used to refer collectively to all the stuff on the forest floor? Like pine cones, needles, leaves. That's where I got his name, he was a sable Sheltie too.
ReplyDeleteLooks like fun and those were some big pine cones!!
