Anyway - Mommy says I need to get more exercise. Okay Mommy, that sounds like a plan to me....I think I will start with the treadmill. Dog oh dog look at me go - I should be greyhound sleek in no time! Yes - I will get plenty of exercise on this machine !!!!

I always tell people -- all my Sheltie hair just makes me look fat. Anyway, we love your exercise routine. We need to get us a pillow for that machine that Mommy only uses 2 times a year. She already used it once this year -- so, she will probably use it again 1 more time this year. She's half way done her quota!
