The GREAT Ice-Storm

It look like snow - and how we wish it was - but it is solid ice. We have had almost non stop freezing rain all day.  My dogness when we step outside our doggie door and just slide right across the deck and into the yard. It does look pretty on our holly bush though. We have never seen so many icicles - they are hanging off everything! We sure hope Dad can get home safely tonight.

    Your icecicles do look pretty cool. We are not fans of ice either unless it comes out of the freezer. Keep safe

    Oh you guys got the worstest part, the nasty ICE, we were lucky, not what they predicted on the snow, and just a touch of ice. They said if the storm came 20 miles further south it would have been 8 inches.

    That is just Not Right for you southern dogs. That ice is supposed to be up here! We had a little snow flurry today....I guess we are ready for spring, cuz we are just not that jazzed about it.

    I saw the 'pink & purple' stuff flying over your neck of the woods on the weather channel. Not good. Much better off with snow than ice.
