Another walk

We all got to go for another walk yesterday. This time we went to Lake Poinsette and Mom showed Dad our hidden path to the lake.  Mom had to walk in front because she looks down when she walks where as Dad looks straight ahead and thus has a habit of tripping over things and with all the leaves on the ground it was worse then normal. It went something like this.....Mom - "tree root, branch, hole, tree root, step, tree root, branch".......and so on. Maybe we should of been listening to Mom too because even we tripped over things a few times.

    It looks so pretty! A 'hidden path' - I love the sound of that.

    We have a trail here that is covered in tree roots. It is impossible to walk there without tripping! You really have to pay attention especially clumsy prone people like myself).

    Sounded like quite a trail. I am sure if our mommy went she would be covered in mud by the end of the trail from constantly falling down.

    OUr mom is a big ole chicken to go into the woods on the trails around here so we just walk around the lakes and rivers!
