Can you believe the Mom says I am driving her CRAZY - every time she moves I am right there by her feet to see if we are going out (often nearly tripping her up!). So what if I go and rattle my leash like 20 times a day, so what if I whimper and whine any time she walks near those leashes - so what if I come and rest my head on her knee 20 times a day giving her my sorrowful big sad brown eyes look? And so what that I follow her EVER WHERE (even in the bathroom) - she might try and sneak out on me after all. And Mom thinks this is driving her crazy - I am still on house arrest for another week - she should be a basket case by the end of it :) I just want to do this again - go walking on MY beach - I miss it soooooooo much :(
Looks like a fun trip to the beach!
ReplyDeletethat sounds like normal doggie-bee-havior to me... and I agree it's time to see YOUR beach... just in case the sand thieves were there again :o)

Bless your heart. I know it must be so difficult to be on house arrest for your foot, but it is important ♥ ♥
ReplyDeleteThat's right. No room in the house is sacred. We must follow peeps everywhere!
ReplyDeleteReilly, you've been a trooper. Only 7 more sleeps!

Oh Reilly, the last part of waiting is always the hardest because you are feeling so good and just want to get going. We hope the next week flies by for your sake AND for you Mom's.

WE agree with Lily and Edward.... MOMs are DRAMA QUEENS....
ReplyDeleteKeep up the good work... and she may give you a TEENY TINY walk... in a few days...
It won't be long now! Hang in there!
ReplyDeleteYours sincerely,

I usually drive my Dad crazy. That's why he begs Mom to take me to work with him. My strategy works like a charm! Hope you get to go on YOUR beach again soon. (Be persistent!)
ReplyDeleteBe patient, Reilly! The beach will wait for you to get better.
ReplyDeleteWe cockers love to follow our humans around everywhere too. When they go into a room where we can't go, we sit at the door and whine.
Sounds like you are wearing her down . . Or driving her nuts . . . Both things are related so sometimes it's hard to tell the difference.
ReplyDeleteYour Pals,
Murphy and Stanley
It's almost here! Only a couple more days :)

ReplyDeleteDespite the sand-stealer, Reilly, the beach is still gonna be there where you get let out of the clink... patience lad, patience (though if you can score and extra treat or two with your pestering, go for it!!!) hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
Hang in there Riley...you'll be back at your beach real soon!

ReplyDeleteYou can do it Reilly! [
ReplyDeleteOne more week!
Soon Reilly - soon!
ReplyDeleteCrikey Reilly ..... I feel your pain, mate!! There was a dead bird on my beach this morning. You don't wanna be missin' something like that. Try and take it easy though, aye? I think it's important!!
ReplyDeleteBeing patient is SO HARD but it will pay off in the long run, Reilly.
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry my pal. I know how no walkies makes us anipals feel down. You just want to walk or run and get out of the house for a while. One more week - you can do this. Love you my friend. XOXO - Bacon
ReplyDeleteOh, I cannot believe your mom would say you are driving her crazy! That is crazy to say. By golly, you just want to get outside and back to your beach...fresh air is good for a dog, don't you know. I sure hope your house arrest is over quickly. You need to get back outside.
ReplyDeleteI would say, put your paws up and let her baby you for another week. You'll be back out there before you know it.
ReplyDeleteSoon Reilly!
ReplyDeleteP.S. I think it might be harder on your mom than on you. She's missing it all just as much as you :)
Poor Reilly! Your poor mom's heart is breaking I just know it so take it easy on her it's for your own good. Love Dolly
