Some doggy actually LOVES getting IN the car ... he just hates getting out when we reach our destination. Seriously - what is wrong with that Dweeb? He makes Mom chuckle as when we finish our walk and he sees MY car - he makes a bee line for it and Mom says she can almost here him saying car car car - safe place - car car car.
We have had a couple of cool days which of coarse meant the ticks are back so today we stayed on the path around the lake which we don't mind at all as that is where all the best Pee Mail is to be found. Can you believe the Dweeb hardly ever stops to read the latest news. I try and pretend A LOT that I don't know him!
Oh my, that first paragraph.....that is Oreo exactly! He'll hop in any open car door, but then not want to budge from his seat when we arrive. Then, he pulls me back to the car. SOmetimes he even pulls me to other peoples' cars! I guess any car will do :)
ReplyDeleteDenny, you're not alone.
Sorry that the ticks are back :(
If we got to go to cool places like that, we would like getting in and out of the car more! Have a great day. Lee and Phod
ReplyDeleteOh Dweeb you make us smile. We can just see you running up to the car for sanctuary. Have a fabulous Friday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
I can't wait until tick season is over! Hope you guys get some more cooler temps!
ReplyDeleteDweeby is soooooo funny.
ReplyDeleteWags,
Ranger
Pees…. Reilly - you always look soooooo cute in your walk'n booties.
Poor Denny - he and Lightning are so alike. Lightning takes on every new situation very cautiously. But as he gets older, Mom says he is becoming more confident.
ReplyDeleteHope those ticks stay away.
Woos - Phantom, Ciara, and Lightning
Dweeb is looking particularly floofy today...recent bath? Gizmo will sit in the car for hours if I don't drag him out...
ReplyDeleteBOL! He doesn't read peemail?!? Then why go adventuring in the first place?! BOL
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend!
Oz
Bit hard to pretend you don't know him when you're hitched together...just sayin'.
ReplyDeleteXXXOOO Daisy, Bella & Roxy
Howdy Mates, jeez you have beautiful photos. Mum has tears in her eyes when she sees your beautiful fluffy coats. I (Stella) don't know what she's on about. Nothing wrong with curly matty hair is there??? Rory used to be afraid to get IN the car but now he loves it. See ya soon. No worries, and love, Stella and Rory
ReplyDeleteYou guys are so photogenic!
ReplyDeleteOooooo, nasty ticks! Sorry they're back guys...at least you got to read SOME good pee mail!!
ReplyDeleteI loves car rides!! And I bark and bark when we gets there (anywhere!), cause I'm so excited!!!
Ahhhhh, Maaaa, let's go for a ride!!!!
See ya later...
Kisses,
Ruby ♥
New places make me a little nervous, too. My assistant often has to carry me out of the car and if she puts me down, I start walking back to the car.
ReplyDeleteYour pal, Pip
Hehehe, leave the poor Dweeb alone Reilly! ;-) I love seeing the car before we leave, cause I know we're going somewhere...and then I love seeing the car when I'm done, cause I'm usually pooped! ;-) Hope you boys are doing great!!!
ReplyDeleteI am glad you got caught up on your pee-mail but I wish those ticks would just stay away.
ReplyDeleteLoveys Sasha
We love getting back in the car too. It means we had a great time and we're heading home to our place that we love!
ReplyDeleteLove ya lots♥
Mitch and Molly
You guys are so hysterical! Let me know if you want to try a natural flea & tick shampoo, I'd love for you to do a review. It works great! Love Dolly
ReplyDeleteThe photo of Denny in the car is one of the best of him that I have seen. He looks so happy! :)
ReplyDeleteBut Reilly, the Dweeb..umm..DENNY...is so CUTE!
ReplyDeleteI love the car :) you two look gorgeous in that last photo, so fluffy :) xx00xx
ReplyDeleteMollie and Alfie
That's funny! Some of the dogs we hike with do the same thing - as soon as we turn around, they start going really fast to get back to their cars. I like to take my time and give everything a very good sniff!
