Keeping It Real - Remembering Our Little Buddy

Last night Ms Fed Ex Lady came to our door and after greeting her profusely (because she normally brings goodies from Chewy.com) she handed Mom a package that was for her and not US - WTD?

Well Mom was super happy because it was the book from Mr Pip's Mom. It is called "Keeping it Real - Life Lessons of a Confessed Couch Potato"  Now some of you may not know Mr Pip - he was one of our long time blog buddies and was the cutest little cheese burger eating pup you could ever find. He made us laugh constantly. Sadly he left us last year at the age of 13 and we cried so much.

Earlier this year he came to his Mom in a dream and told her he was sad they didn't get to finish their book and even though it still hurt from losing him - she needed to do it...... so she did. It is full of  wonderful photo's, quotes and the quirky humor that Pip was known for and it will make you laugh and smile and even cry.

So if you are looking for a present for a birthday or Christmas we would highly recommend it. It is so beautifully done and 20% of the combined sales of both types of books will be donated to shelters and rescue organizations, starting with Red Door Animal Shelter (the shelter that saved Pip) throughout the month of May. The book is available in Hard Copy as well as for E-Readers. ( For more details click here )
