Mom was super excited when our Mail Lady came to the door with a package. It was covered in stamps and had come all the way from South Africa - from Wallace and Samual's Mom. We were all excited thinking there was something in it for us but Mom said there was only "Roo in a Bus" in it and it was ALL for her - what the dog - she hardly ever gets things just for her!
Now we must admit we pondered this for a while - why would a roo be in a bus and what was it doing in South Africa - roos don't live there. Did the kagaroo get lost on it's world travels or something ???? Then Mom showed us it is Rooibus Tea - and we both started laughing - it must be the fur in our ears that we didn't hear it right - or Mom's weird accent. Anyway - thank you Wallace and Samual's Mom - our Mom says the tea is absolutely wonderful and she LOVES the honeybush and ginger flavor.
I can see why you guys were confused!
ReplyDeleteHappy sipping.

ReplyDeleteA roo on a bus? that's great! Like in that song of Queen: another one waits for bus lol
ReplyDeleteBut it COULD have been a roo on a bus. Though if it was from South Africa, it would have to have a really long bridge to go over to get to your place!
