We made it to 48 degree yesterday and Mom said the magic words "lets go to the park" Dog oh Dog - After much excited barking and prancing around she finally got our harnesses on and my boots and in the car we hopped. There was not a cloud in the sky and it was so bright and sunny.

Today thanks to Chewy.com we are reviewing Sojos Lamb and Sweet Potato Treats. Now if you haven't checked out Sojo's Products you should - they have a huge variety of products to choose from and you can see them here at Chewy.Com. Being the educated dog that I am - I am always reading about new things and today we thought we would start a new Sunday series called "Sunday Snippets" - where I will share some of the unique and wonderful pet or animal related things I find as I sniff around the internet. Today's find was Amigurumi which Wikipedia best describes as : Amigurumi crocheted or knitted stuffed toy) is the Japanese art of knitting or crocheting small stuffed animals and anthropomorphic creatures. The word is derived from a combination of the Japanese words ami, meaning crocheted or knitted, and nuigurumi, meaning stuffed doll.[1] Amigurumi are typically animals, but can include artistic renderings or inanimate objects endowed with anthropomorphic features,[2] as is typical in Japanese culture. Amigurumi first started appealing to the masses in 2003.[3] By 2006, amigurumi were reported to be the most popular items on Etsy, an online craft marketplace, where they typically sold for $10 to $100.[3] Since then popularity has continued to increase.[4]Now the ones we fell in love are teeny tiny miniature amigurumi that are crocheted using embroidery thread. I think you will agree they are amazing Su Ami - the creator of these has a store on Etsy where you can see more examples.

We didn't get a lot of snow - about 2/3 of an inch but it made ME sooooo happy. It started about 8.30 pm last night and we ALL (yes even Mom and Dad) stood outside watching the big fluffy flakes fall in the glow of the night lights - it was one of those special moments. And this morning there was enough for ME to play snow shovel in. I love nothing better then to stick my nose in it and push it around. My frozen icicle holly bush now has some pretty snow icing on it. I know many of you are probably tired of all the snow but this is the first we have had and we are happy happy happy - even the Dweeb has been out there romping around and playing in it. Get the towel ready Mom - cause we are heading outside again :) :) :)
It has been soooooo boring here the last couple of days because EVERYTHING is frozen! Even our grass is frozen - every tiny blade individually which makes if feel like you are walking on spikes. Mom was worried we would hurt our feet so she went out and stomped down an area in our back yard for us. The forecast says we might actually get some snow tonight which would not only be pawsome to play in but will help cover up some of the icky ice.

Today is Lassie and Benji's Moms Birthday and it also our Mom's Birthday so HAPPY BIRTHDAY Murphy and Stanley's 2nd Birthday - so happy birthday to you guys too.
The Dweeb and I were having a discussion - well actually I was doing all the talking (being the intellectual old soul I am) and he was just nodding like the bobble head he is - about the long list of "three word phrases" we hate hearing and the litany of excuses that always seem to follow them. I could do pages and pages of them and I am sure you can add MANY MANY more to them but here are our least favorites. (Note : Mr Bobble Head Dweeb over there nodding is agreement"
