We got a surprise package in the mail yesterday - it traveled long and far - all the way from South Africa and came from our buddies Wallace and Samuel. Mom was of coarse in one of her silly moods (it happens a lot during winter) and tried telling us that there are many ways to wear the bandanas. First she tried the head scarf look - really Mom - this is so NOT us - we look like a pair of old washer women !!! Then she tried the round the neck bib look (she says it will stop us from getting treat crumbs in our fur) - well that is totally silly because we NEVER leave any crumbs. Then she went with the polite over the knees napkin look which we must say is our preferred choice given that we are nothing if not true gentlemen. Thank you Wallace and Samuel we love our bandanas :)
How kind and you look swell dudes. Have a wonderful Wednesday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly

How freaking adorable ya'll are in any way used. So cute!! XOXO - Bacon
ReplyDeleteAwwww you guys look so CUTE!
ReplyDeleteHahaha - you both look less than thrilled with the washerwomen look!
ReplyDeleteOK...you two in the bubushkas are just hilarious! I am BOL at that photo. Then, you too look like cowboys...which is not a bad look for two "cowspot" dogs. I mean, you could pass for ranch hands. Of course, using the bandanas as napkins on your lap...very gentleman-like but not all that fun, if you ask me.

Those are very versatile scarves! They are lovely colors.

ReplyDeleteYou two are such good sports. This reminded me of an old post of mine with Misty and Oreo wearing bandanas from Eva in Malaysia. Thanks for bringing back some good memories.

Well the next thing you know, will be your mom borrowing your bandannas.

BOL!! The head scarf photo make me think you guys should be out in the Amish country!
ReplyDeleteBOL! Your mom cracks us up!! Those bandanas are sold every year and people (like our mom) buy and collect them each year. People have come up with all sorts of ways for using them: quilting, table napkins, cushion covers, the list is endless.
ReplyDeleteWe're glad you like them & more importantly, that they actually arrived.
