Bacon and Fozzies Shipping across the World

It is time for Bacon and Fozzies Shipping across the World again. This months items are:


Price of cable services for one month – what do you get for that price? - Our cable includes the internet and basic tv and cost us $119 a month - YIKES!!!!

A 12 ounce box (360 grams) of Cornflakes - $2.99 for the real ones and $2.49 for the generic brand

A 15 ounce package (432 grams) of Oreos or other cream filled cookies. - $2.99 for the real ones and $1.99 for the generic

A 7 ounce bag (225 grams) of Lay’s potato chips. - $3.99 for Lays and $1.99 for the generic. We actually have a Lays factory right here in our town!

1 pound of real butter. - $3.99 for the branded version and $2.99 for the generic

A 6 ounce can of peanuts. - $2.49 - Have you tried the new planter salted caramel peanuts - YUM!

  1. I believe the prices you listed are pretty close to the prices we pay here in Canada. Our cereal may be more expensive (I don't eat gluten anymore so I have lost touch with the prices of real cereal!) Chips are about $3 a bag. I remember when they would go on sale for $1!

Wow guys great list ideas for this month and thanks so much for joining Bacon and I :) how do you feel the rices compare to living in AUS..seems apart from the UK we are the dearest! but as I have said I wonder if our wages are higher or we are just unlucky! those peanuts sound delish!! hoping mums well and getting back to fighting fit..hugs and loves and thanks again guys Fozziemum xx

    Second off - Mommy has been wanting to try the new salted caramel nuts from Planter. I will definitely add this on her list now for Saturday.
    Lastly - My eyes went up and my tail started wagging. You have a Lay's Factory right there where you live? You know I love me some Lay's. You did see my video with daddy feeding me Lay's right?

  5. WE had STARTED the shopping list... when I had the Eye Ball thingy.... and we had to quit. We are sorry that we didn't finish...
    We will say that our intermutts thingy costs $52.00 a month and it is FAST... We USED to have to pay $95.00 fur SLOW and not working when it was cloudy... Satellite Service. Verizon is MUCH better... and CHEAPER .How is your mum feeling???

  13. Hi, Great list of items and prices-the caramel peanuts sound so good. Your prices are close to ours. We have friends in Ca. who pay almost $5.00 per gallon for gas...we pay almost two dollars less.

  15. We're trying to get mom to focus...she saw salted caramel peanuts and now all she can think about are salted caramel peanuts!! *SIGH* Our prices aren't too far off from yours, save for the cable.
