A rough week

It has been a rough week for the Mom - she got a really bad cold a week ago and it just hasn't wanted to leave - even today she is still coughing and snuffy and she says her head feels like there are sledge hammers being banged around inside of it. Added to that, MY laptop died - it was pretty old and I had typed so much on it that the letters were worn off the keys and some of the keys didn't even work anymore. The final straw was on Saturday when I went to turn it on and NOTHING happened! Thankfully Mom in her cold induced wisdom had realized it wasn't working properly for a few weeks now and had backed everything up on a portable hard drive.  So on Saturday Mom and Dad bought ME a nice new laptop and within 2 hours I had everything back up and running - it is a good thing I am such a technologically savvy doggie..
