Woooo hooooo we finally have our internet up and running. It has been a crazy few days with Mom busy unpacking and trying to find just the 'right' spot for everything. Sadly the move has been really tough on the Dweeb ......he has hardly eaten in the last week and Mom had to spoon feed him water to get him to drink - he didn't even want to leave any pee mail !!! Mom got really worried yesterday as he was throwing up and had the runny poopy butt thing going on. Mom made him some boiled chicken and rice this morning and so far things seem to be back to normal but we have an appointment with our new vet tomorrow just to make sure everything is okay.
I hope he's just stressed and now that his things are out he'll feel better.
ReplyDeleteOh.....we are hoping everything with Denny is alright...that's it is just the moving trip and strange home....Bites knows about that...but once he realized this was the new digs he bounced right back...Let us know what the vet says!

I'm sure Denny will start feeling better as he gets used to his new surroundings.
ReplyDeleteI remember when I brought Oreo home and Misty got very ill, like Denny. The change was just too much for her. She had to spend the day at the vet with an IV for fluids. She was better in a few days though.
Hope you like your new vet, and that Denny continues to feel better. Hang in there.
Poor baby. That's what happened to Pip when we moved. He became really stressed and just got sick. I think sometimes they take on our stress for us and eventually the poor babies get sick. Hope he feels better soon. Can't wait to see more pictures of your new home!
ReplyDeleteWe were afraid that might happen to Denny. It is worrying, but we'll keep our paws crossed that he settles down in your new home, soon.
ReplyDeletePlaying ball is a good sign. Denny will be ok.
ReplyDeleteYIPEE!!!! I am so glads your Moms has everythingie under control. I'm so sorry abouts you not feelin' well Denny! Having probs with the poop shoot is never funs. Glad most of you are settling in. Poor Denny. When we moved Hailey was the same. She wouldn't poop for the longest time and I was getting worried and then one day she got into the garage and pooped and after that was fine! (We were so happy she went we didn't care it was inside). Hopefully the worst is behind Denny and he will be fine soon.
ReplyDeleteMovin can be kinda ruff - I are sure he'll settle in eventually.
ReplyDeleteDon't worry he will settle in soon.
ReplyDeleteAroo to you,

Moving can be so stressful! Our Jessy human moved from NY to Florida a couple years ago and has a bit of advice for you: watch out for the fleas and ticks that are much more active there. I hope you all adjust and start feeling better soon.
ReplyDeleteMoving is SO stressful! Hope everyone settles in soon and all returns to normal. Good Luck / Best Wishes in your new home!
