Another walk

We went for another walk in the park today - we being Franklin and myself and of coarse the moms. Franklin's mom (Bonnie) is going to be 80 next weekend and we are going to a surprise birthday party for her......we can say that here cause she doesn't have a computer so she won't know. Mom has been working on a special gift that I am going to give her. While at the park I was also working diligently on my slobbering technique and look - I got a nice long slobber going!!!! We also met up with the Labs again and had great time saying hello and then running with them. Franklin of coarse had some trouble keeping up with us but that was okay as one of the Labs has a bad hip just like Franklin - so they sort of ploddered along together. Mom made a couple of videos that she put together to make one - it is fairly long but you will get to see our park and the lake and meeting up with the labs. There was also lots of geese on the lake and mom tried to get a close up but they were just a little to far away.

  1. Oh my goodness - 80 is a very special birthday indeed. We can't wait to see what the surpise is. We expect Bonnie has stayed so fit walking Franklin!
We enjoyed watching your video - that was really a pretty place for a walk. It was great wehn you met the black labs too - we sort of couldn't help notice theat you came running back to your mom Reilly!
That is so much like Martha!
You had a great time. Thanks for sharing it with us - we wish we could actually share a walk with you - we especially thought Franklin was a bit like us!!!
    love and kisses

  2. Sounds like you had a real good time Reilly! I think you have probably the prettiest park and lake I have seen yet. Keep us posted about all your fun adventures there. :)

  3. Franklin's mom sure will be surprised. That slobbering technique is really important for barkdays.
