It's been a sad week
Mom has been feeling a bit down this week so we haven't really been doing anything. First we found out that mom's brother back in Australia has terminal cancer. Then Dad's oldest daughter had an MRI and they a mass near her appendix and she will be having surgery next week. And then sad for both both mom and me......Franklin (the corgi) it looks like his moms brain tumor has returned and she is going into hospital tomorrow. Franklin will be staying with her son so I won't be able to visit for awhile. Mom says these 'things' seem to run in 3's so hopefully there won't be any more sad news.

I am sorry Reilly for all the bad news. Makes sure to give your mommy some extra kisses this weekend. We have been following your blog for a while now. You are such a beautiful pup. You look so much like our Liam did in the face. We miss him so much. It is lovely to see your beautiful smiling face.
ReplyDeleteOh no!! We were wondering why we hadn't from you in a wile. So sorry to hear that bad news. Will your Mom be able to fly to Australia to visit with her brother? Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Reilly - tell your mom we're so sorry to hear about her brother and your dad's daughter - and Franklin too! We'll keep them all in our thoughts!
ReplyDeleteoh no, what horrible sad times for you and your mum. I hope that your mom's brother and Dad's daughter will both be ok. In my mum's world when someone needs to get better they do something called sending vibes, which is sending good thoughts for the person to get better. So I is sending lots of vibes to you, your mum, Dad, Franklin and your peoples.

ReplyDeleteOh Reilly, we're so sorry to hear all the bad news. This is truly terrible and will make you and your Mom very very sad. She is going to need you right next to her as much as you can be, and give her lots of kisses and hugs, OK? We will keep her (and of course you! and your Dad!) in our hearts over here.
ReplyDeleteOuch, we hate bad news after 2008. You have our sympathy and understanding. We bark for happy endings and send positive collie vibes your way.
